In Hong Kong in the late 1950s and early 1960s, police and bandits colluded and there was a foul atmosphere. The idle young people, Ah Hao (Liu Qingyun) and Ah Le (Wu Zhenyu), accidentally mingle here. They are infected by the chaotic atmosphere here and are happy and do not miss the place.
