A group of children who have separated from their native families, arranged by Miss Mo (Tan Shanyan), encounter Aunt Tianmei (Zheng Xiuwen) and Uncle Bin (Lu Junguang) as a short and happy halfway point. Aunt Tianmei has also experienced thirteen years from aggregation to separation; when they meet every child, they have to disperse again, and they have to experience the pain of separation when they feel joy.
